Candidates studying in the 4th (male and female) and 5th (male only) annual MBBS at government medical institutions registered by the PMDC/competent authority as of July 1, 20 are eligible to apply. Candidates can also apply by visiting the respectable Pakistan Navy website or the nearest Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Center. Applications forwarded immediately to the Recruiting Branch at Navy Headquarters will not be accepted.

How to register

Candidates must register online from November 24 to December 08, 2019.

Selection procedure
I. The entrance test will take place on December 11, 2019.

ii. Online tests / computer-based tests will be conducted in the following subjects.

intelligence test
Academic test
iii. The exact date of the entrance test would be communicated to each individual via SMS by the respective PN Recruitment and Selection Center.

iv. The result would be communicated to each individual at the end of the electronic tests.

v. Only candidates pre-selected for the entrance test would be called for a preliminary interview and a medical examination.

vi. Application forms for further recruitment formalities would be issued to applicants who meet the pre-requisites for medical examination and interview.

vii. Personality tests would be conducted at the respective PN&RC.

viii. A detailed medical examination would be carried out at the nearest CMHS/PN hospitals.

ix. The final interview by the PN Selection Committee will take place at the location chosen by the CA.

X. Final selection by Navy Headquarters on merit.

Important instruction for candidates

Ineligibility
I. Twice rejected by the GHQ/NHQ/AHQ/ISSB selection committee or once rejected by ISSB and once rejected by the GHQ/NHQ/AHQ selection committee. ii. Withdrawn from any armed forces training academy/institution for any reason. iii. Removed from any Armed Forces college/establishment on bail for disciplinary reasons. iv. Discharged/withdrawn/barred from government service, including the armed forces. v. Convicted by a court of an offense involving moral turpitude. vi. Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B&C (AMB cannot be requested). vii. Declared unfit by any Armed Forces Hospital except those authorized by the Medical Appeals Board. viii. The application of a candidate who tempers his academic credentials, conceals or gives false information to gain an undue advantage will be canceled and declared permanently ineligible for all types of commission in the armed forces. ix. Candidates holding dual citizenship, unless they surrender it prior to commissioning/passing out or within 6 months of joining PN, whichever comes first.

Money allowance
I. During the cadet, an M cadet is entitled to receive a lump sum of Rs 18583 (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Three) per month as an allowance.

ii. Candidates selected for the Cadet M program will be reimbursed for the total expenses they incurred for the number of successful years they completed before joining the program after successfully completing their medical education and commissioning in the medical branch of the Pakistan Navy. This lump sum grant shall in no case exceed Rs 222,996 rupees (rupees two hundred and twenty-two thousand nine hundred and ninety-six only) per year.
